World Book Day has been a celebration of reading, stories, and the magic of books, encouraging children to develop a love for literature. The children have loved dressing up as their favourite book characters, bringing beloved stories to life.
Our Mill Hill pupils transformed into wizards, princesses, superheroes, and adventurous animals, all inspired by their favourite tales. Some children also choose to wear cosy pyjamas, symbolising the joy of bedtime stories and the comfort of getting lost in a good book.
Our staff either dressed up as a character from their favourite book or worn their pyjamas so they’re cosy, comfortable and ready to immerse themselves into the amazing stories they’ll be reading today.
Whether dressed as a daring explorer or snuggled up in their nightwear, World Book Day has been a time for imagination, creativity, and a shared love of storytelling.
