What a fantastic morning they had! They met some of the local firefighters from Sandyford Fire & Rescue Service. In their topic, they are learning about people who help us, so the firefighters showed the children inside their fire engine and how they use their equipment. They heard what a fire engine sounds like (which was VERY loud). They were so lucky to have a go of the fire hose too!
