London Trip

At the beginning of June, the Student Leadership Team (pupils from Year 6) had the opportunity to have a day out in London. The children travelled down via train and hopped onto the tube to Embankment. It was a first for many of the children. Whilst there, they visited the Houses of Parliament, where Michael Gove was giving a speech in the House of Commons before having a trip on the London Eye and enjoying an ice-cream. They walked to Downing Street and Trafalgar Square and onto the Mall to see if the Queen was home at Buckingham Palace before having another ride on the tube back to Euston Station. A day the children will treasure forever!
